🎯 Job Summary:
The Store Executive is responsible for managing store activities such as receiving materials, maintaining stock records, and issuing materials as required.
The role ensures proper inventory control and organized storage.
🎯 Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory systems).
- Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory software
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Experience in store or warehouse work is preferred.
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Receive and check incoming materials.
- Maintain stock records and update inventory.
- Issue materials to departments as required.
- Keep the store clean and well organized.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the manager about shortages.
- Conduct basic stock checking and verification.
- Maintain store documents and reports.
