Work Process of Fully Automatic VFFS High-Speed Pouch Packing Machine

1. Film Feeding
   Heat-sealable laminated packaging film is fed from the roll.
2. Pouch Formation
   The film is shaped into a center-sealed pillow pouch using the forming system.
3. Product Filling
   Sweets are accurately dispensed into the pouch through the feeding system, ensuring uniform weight.
4. Nitrogen Flushing (Optional)
   Nitrogen gas is flushed into the pouch to maintain freshness and prevent moisture absorption.
5. Sealing
   Top and bottom seals are applied using precision-controlled sealing jaws.
6. Coding & Perforation
   Date, batch coding, and perforation (if required) are applied.
7. Pouch Discharge
   Finished pouches are smoothly transferred via the take-up conveyor.
